For many years now, yoga has been guiding and supporting me on my journey through life. Through yoga, I feel increasingly healthy, balanced, and at ease. Its positive effects unfold on the physical, mental, and emotional levels. Because I benefit from it every single day, I have made the teachings of yoga an integral part of my profession.

In our first conversation, we will explore your needs, your goals, and the time you have available. Based on this, I will create a practice plan tailored precisely to you. Along with your plan, you will receive video and audio materials to guide your practice. Together we will shape a focus that feels meaningful and right for you. Asanas (postures), pranayama techniques (breath and energy flow), and yoga meditations will be woven together for you – practiced with you until they naturally become part of your daily life.
You choose your focus: energizing power with Hatha Flow, deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra, or balancing energy flows with Pranayama – yoga gives you exactly what you need.
