The mindfulness retreat in Mallorca allows you to immerse yourself deeply in mindfulness practice—not just during meditation and exercises, but throughout the entire day.
The retreat offers a varied 3-day program: meditations, yoga, breathwork, mindfulness practice, guided visualizations, time for reflection, and exchange. An essential part is also the communal preparation of vegetarian or vegan meals, experiencing nature with all senses, and a full day of silence.
