For nearly a decade, I worked in an international corporation as a Senior Culture & Change Expert, shaping and guiding transformation. From developing and implementing a company-wide cultural change program to designing leadership learning journeys and supporting leaders and teams, I gained the experience that now enables me to create tailored solutions for my clients.
